Job Description

The Majestic Team is seeking a professional and courteous Telephone Operator to manage all incoming, outgoing, and internal calls. This role is key to first impressions and efficient communication throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hotel switchboard, directing calls efficiently and accurately to guests and various departments.
  • Handle guest requests and wake-up calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle emergency calls according to hotel protocols.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (1+ year) as a Telephone Operator or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably in a hotel.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • A clear, professional, and friendly phone voice.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure (especially during emergencies).
