Join the team at MayaBay Dubai, an esteemed Thai-Japanese fine dining restaurant. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter to provide exceptional service and ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests and guide them through the menu offerings, making recommendations where appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to fine dining standards.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparations, and potential allergens.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or concerns efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are correctly set up and cleared.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven hospitality experience in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polite, professional, and sophisticated demeanor suitable for a luxury dining environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
