Visual Merchandiser

NESTO is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to focus specifically on the Fashion section of its retail outlets. The role involves using creative design principles to arrange displays, drive customer interest, and maximize sales volume.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute creative and appealing visual displays for all fashion products and promotional items.
• Ensure all merchandise displays are clean, well-organized, and aligned with NESTO's brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels on displays and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant department.
• Track the effectiveness of visual displays in driving sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on the fashion/apparel retail industry, is required.
• Strong artistic, design, and creative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a retail environment and meet deadlines.
• Philippine Nationals are the preferred candidate nationality.
