UAEQuest was born from a simple observation: the hospitality industry in UAE was burdened by recruitment agencies, high fees, and inefficient hiring processes.

Founded in 2025 by Mehboob Ul Rehman, a hospitality industry veteran, UAEQuest aims to connect employers directly with talented professionals, eliminating middlemen and reducing hiring time from weeks to days.

Today, we serve hundreds of hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies across all seven Emirates, helping them find the right talent quickly and affordably.
