For Employers:

• You must provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information
• All job postings must be for legitimate hospitality positions in UAE
• You must comply with UAE labor laws and regulations
• You are responsible for the hiring process and decisions
• You must not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics
• You must respond to job applications in a timely manner

For Job Seekers:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your applications
• You must have the legal right to work in the UAE for positions you apply for
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and qualifications
• You must not apply for jobs you are not qualified for or have no intention of accepting

5. Content Submission

Users may submit various types of content to UAEQuest, including:

• Salary information and compensation data
• Interview questions and answers
• Career guides and industry insights
• Company reviews and ratings
• Job applications and resumes

By submitting content, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to share the content
• The content is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You grant UAEQuest a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content
• You will not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use UAEQuest for any of the following purposes:

• The accuracy or completeness of job listings or user-submitted content
• Employment decisions, hiring processes, or job offers
• Interactions between users on or off the platform
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to UAEQuest at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Platform maintenance or upgrades

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features if available.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by:
