AC Technician

• Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems across hotel properties.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Respond promptly to guest room and public area AC service requests.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a hotel or large commercial building.
• Valid UAE certification/license for AC repair and handling refrigerants.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split units, package units, and central chilling systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Physically fit to handle equipment and work in confined spaces.
