Kitchen & Laundry Technician

• Responsibilities:
• Maintain, repair, and service all kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, etc.) and laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, ironers).
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Coordinate with kitchen and laundry departments to schedule repairs with minimal disruption.
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Manage an inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a technician maintaining both kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry machinery.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
• Good understanding of safety protocols.
