Maintain, repair, and service all kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, etc.) and laundry equipment (washing machines, dryers, ironers).
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Coordinate with kitchen and laundry departments to schedule repairs with minimal disruption.
Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, complying with health and safety regulations.
Manage an inventory of spare parts and tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a technician maintaining both kitchen and laundry equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry machinery.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
