The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring an AV Technician to manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of all Audio Visual equipment for conferences, meetings, and hotel events. The technician ensures flawless execution of all media and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and operate audio systems, projectors, screens, lighting, and other AV equipment for events.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during all events and meetings.
- Maintain the inventory and physical condition of all AV equipment, performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Liaise with event organizers and clients to confirm technical specifications and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (1-3 years) as an AV Technician, preferably within a hotel or MICE venue.
- Strong practical knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment setup and operation.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly under pressure.
