Baby Coach

We're looking for a caring, passionate, and energetic Baby Coach to join our fun team at 51Gym in Dubai! You will be responsible for leading developmental and physical activities for our youngest members, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.

Core Requirements:

• Experience (Mandatory): Previous, hands-on experience working with the target age group of babies and toddlers (6 months to 3.5 years old) is MANDATORY.
• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Personality: Possess a passionate, genuinely caring, and highly energetic personality suitable for working with young children and engaging parents.
• Age Group Knowledge: Knowledge of early childhood development milestones (6 months to 3.5 years) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise structured gym classes and activities for babies and toddlers, focusing on gross motor skills and sensory development.
• Ensure the physical safety and emotional well-being of all children under your supervision.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and class activities.
• Maintain a fun, positive, and clean environment in the gym and classroom areas.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling gym equipment used during classes.
