Learning Support Assistants

North Gate British Private School is hiring Learning Support Assistants. Applicants must have prior experience in a similar role, providing focused assistance to students with additional learning or special educational needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with identified learning needs, following instructions from the SEN Coordinator.
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) within the classroom setting.
• Collaborate with the teacher to adapt materials and ensure the student can access the curriculum.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in same or similar role is mandatory.
• Experience in supporting students with SEN or additional learning needs is required.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
