Job Description
You will be the expert in our coffee and specialty beverage program. Responsibilities include preparing and serving a wide range of coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation (including latte art), operating and maintaining coffee equipment, and providing friendly cashier services.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Barista, with skill in espresso preparation and latte art.
- Knowledge of different coffee bean types, roasts, and brewing methods.
- Excellent customer interaction and speed of service under pressure.
- Attention to detail in presentation and hygiene.
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency.
