Job Description
Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel is hiring a Housekeeping Public Area Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas. This role acts as a shift leader, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate environment for hotel guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms, etc.).
- Guide the housekeeping team, conduct inspections, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Act as the shift leader and support daily housekeeping operations.
- Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping is mandatory, preferably in Public Area operations, with supervisory exposure.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Female candidates preferred.
