Job Description

Millennium Al Rawdah Hotel is hiring a Housekeeping Public Area Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas. This role acts as a shift leader, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate environment for hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms, etc.).
  • Guide the housekeeping team, conduct inspections, and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Act as the shift leader and support daily housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Housekeeping is mandatory, preferably in Public Area operations, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Female candidates preferred.
