Bartender

The Bartender at Chic Nonna is responsible for preparing drinks for both the bar and the restaurant floor. You must be fast, accurate, and capable of maintaining a clean and professional workspace while providing friendly service to guests.

Core Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve all beverages accurately according to recipe and standard pour sizes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and surfaces.
• Assist in replenishing bar stock, cutting garnishes, and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready before and during service.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Uphold all local regulations concerning the service of alcohol.
