The BIM Engineer will specialize in creating and coordinating highly detailed MEP or Structural BIM models. This involves utilizing BIM software to model systems, perform clash detection, ensure model integrity, and generate accurate quantity take-offs. The role requires close collaboration with design and construction teams to optimize installation and fabrication processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Engineer using software like Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla.
  • Expertise in one or more disciplines (MEP, Structural) and related industry standards.
  • Strong skills in model coordination, clash detection, and reporting.
  • Ability to create intelligent parametric models and detailed fabrication drawings.
