We are seeking an experienced and authoritative Camp Boss to oversee the complete management, administration, and welfare of our staff accommodation camp. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a safe, hygienic, well-maintained, and disciplined living environment for all residents.
? Key Responsibilities
- Camp Operations Management: Oversee all day-to-day camp facilities, including accommodation allocation, catering, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services.
- Staff & Welfare: Manage and supervise camp staff (cleaners, maintenance, security), address resident grievances, and maintain strict discipline, ensuring resident welfare is prioritized.
- HSE & Security: Enforce all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, implement emergency protocols, and coordinate with camp security services.
- Maintenance & Logistics: Coordinate and oversee all electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance, manage waste disposal, and arrange necessary transportation for staff.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records, including check-in/out logs, attendance, inventory of supplies, and preparing daily/monthly management reports.
? Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Camp Management, Facilities Management, or a supervisory role, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, catering hygiene, and HSE/Camp regulations in the UAE.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a large, diverse, multicultural team.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to handle conflicts and resolve operational issues under pressure.
- IT Skills: Basic proficiency in using MS Office for administrative tasks and reporting.
