Responsibilities (Standard for a Category Manager):

• Oversee the full category management lifecycle for Kids and Ladies Wear.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships.
• Negotiate purchase terms and manage product budgets to maximize profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising strategy for the categories.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years retail buying experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing the Kids Wear and Ladies Wear apparel categories.
