Van Sales Executive

?Classic Al Ain Ice Cream Factory (CAIC) is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Van Sales Executive to manage sales routes within the traditional trade market. This role requires a driven individual capable of meeting sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high product visibility and display standards across assigned retail accounts.

?Key Responsibilities

?Drive the sales van and manage assigned routes in the traditional trade market.

?Sell and promote products to existing and new retail customers.

?Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and visibility.

?Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.

?Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

?Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

?Requirements

?Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in van sales (FMCG or Ice Cream preferred).

?License: Valid UAE Manual driving license is essential.

?Skills: Good communication and customer service skills.

?Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local market routes and customers.

?Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
