CCTV Operator

BATCH THREE SECURITY SERVICES LLC, a member of Economic Group Holdings, is seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant CCTV Operator (2 Vacancies) to monitor and maintain surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of people and property through real-time monitoring, recording review, and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring: Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for suspicious or criminal activity, unusual behavior, or security breaches.
• System Operation: Operate and maintain surveillance equipment and systems, reporting any malfunctions.
• Response: Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and report any unusual behavior, security breaches, or system malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
• Coordination: Liaise with security personnel, law enforcement, or management as required during incidents.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of surveillance activity and incidents, including recording review and incident reporting.
• Compliance: Comply with data protection and privacy laws regarding the handling of sensitive footage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• License: Must be a SIRA License Holder (mandatory).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Technical: Familiarity with security and surveillance systems.
• Personal: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies, and possess good communication and reporting skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
