Control Room Operator

CASHTRANS is hiring a Control Room Operator to monitor and manage CIT (Cash-in-Transit) activities 24/7. This role is the first line of defense, coordinating responses to alarms and maintaining situational awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage control room operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant Cash-in-Transit (CIT) activities.
• Act as the first line of defense, supporting field teams and coordinating responses to alarms.
• Strong understanding of control room operations and familiarity with various vehicle monitoring/routing systems.
• Maintain 24/7 situational awareness, high integrity, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• A minimum of 2 years' UAE experience in control room operations is mandatory.
• Prior exposure to CIT processes, coordination, or security monitoring is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
