Job Description
We are urgently hiring a creative and dedicated CDP (Pastry) to oversee our pastry section. The successful candidate will have strong experience in dessert preparation, plating, and bakery operations, with a focus on immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and innovate on all pastry, dessert, and baked goods recipes.
- Ensure the highest standard of presentation and taste for all pastry items.
- Manage pastry inventory and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health codes.
