Job Description

The Chef De Partie (CDP) is responsible for efficiently running a specific station within the kitchen (e.g., hot mezze, cold mezze, grill), ensuring all ingredients are prepped, and dishes from that section are executed consistently and to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Lebanese culinary techniques and specific station needs.
  • Ability to lead a station, manage mise en place, and maintain consistency during high-volume periods.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hierarchy and health/safety protocols.
