About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie specializing in WOK cooking to join the culinary team at Mimi Mei Fair Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to contribute to an exquisite dining experience and grow within a premium hospitality group, LSL Capital.
Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the WOK station, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Monitor and manage inventory for the WOK station, including ordering and stock rotation.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with Dubai Municipality and HACCP standards.
* Train and supervise junior kitchen staff. *
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and special features.
* Ensure fast and efficient service during peak dining hours.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant role, with specific expertise in WOK-based cooking techniques.
* Deep understanding of Asian culinary arts, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
