Civil Foreman

Rabat Foundation is hiring an experienced and hands-on Civil Foreman to supervise daily construction activities for our infrastructure projects. This leadership role is responsible for the direct supervision of labor, managing productivity, and ensuring work quality on site.

Key Supervision Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and direct the site labor force, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to the work schedule.
• Assign tasks to civil crews and monitor their performance throughout the day.
• Quality and Execution:
• Ensure all civil works (e.g., earthworks, piping, concrete placement) are executed according to engineering drawings and quality specifications.
• Work closely with the Site Engineer to interpret technical plans and resolve on-site execution issues.
• Safety Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers are using proper PPE and safe work methods.
• Experience:
• Requires 5-8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
• A minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure or shoring works is mandatory.
