- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) creating marketing content, ideally for a real estate or luxury brand.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere/CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and current content trends.
- Writing: Excellent writing skills for engaging captions, property descriptions, and blog posts.
