Rabat Foundation requires a results-driven Cost Control Engineer to rigorously monitor and manage project costs, ensuring all infrastructure work remains within the allocated budget and maximizes financial performance. This role is vital for accurate financial tracking and forecasting.
Key Cost Control Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain comprehensive cost control systems for all materials, labor, and subcontractor works.
- Track actual project expenditures against budgeted figures, identifying variances and potential overruns.
- Forecasting and Analysis:
- Develop and update cost forecasts and earned value reports regularly.
- Provide management with detailed reports and analysis on project financial health and cost trends.
- Process Improvement:
- Recommend and implement strategies for cost reduction and process efficiency on site.
- Experience:
- Requires 5-8 years of experience in cost control or project commercial management.
- A minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure or shoring works is mandatory.
