Customs Clearance Officer

• Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end customs clearance procedures for air, sea, and land freight shipments.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation using systems like Mirsal II, Dubai Trade, and Abu Dhabi Customs portals.
• Calculate and process customs duties, taxes, and other charges.
• Liaise with customs authorities, clients, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE customs regulations and trade laws.
• Track shipment status and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of all clearance documents.
• Requirements:
• 2-3 years of UAE customs clearance experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on knowledge of Mirsal II / Dubai Trade / Abu Dhabi Customs systems.
• Experience in Air, Sea, and Land freight clearance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
