Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store all incoming supplies, equipment, and materials for facility operations.
  • Issue items to departments based on authorized requisitions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Ensure proper organization, storage, and rotation of stock (FIFO) in the warehouse/store.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure storage environment.
  • Prepare reports on stock levels, shortages, and consumption.
  • Coordinate with procurement and departments to manage stock levels efficiently.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Storekeeper role.
  • Prior experience within the hospitality industry is required.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management procedures and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and honest.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items.
