Early Years Teacher

• Are you ready to bring the magic to the classroom? Kids Academy Nursery is looking for passionate and creative Early Years Teachers to join our vibrant team starting January 2026. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment where laughter and exploration guide the daily learning journey of our youngest students.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Implementation: Design and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lesson plans based on the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum.
• Holistic Development: Foster the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of children aged 1 to 4 through play-based learning and creative activities.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a warm, safe, and organized classroom environment that encourages imagination and independent discovery.
• Progress Monitoring: Observe and document each child’s milestones, maintaining detailed developmental portfolios to share with leadership and parents.
• Parental Collaboration: Build strong, positive relationships with families, providing regular updates and guidance on their child’s early educational journey.
• Team Participation: Work closely with a supportive leadership team and fellow educators to constantly improve nursery standards and school culture.
• Requirements:
• Mandatory Qualification: CACHE Level 3 or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Relevant field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven teaching experience within a UAE nursery or early childhood setting.
• Language: Must be a Native English Speaker to support our immersive language environment.
• Attitude: A genuine passion for early childhood development, a positive "can-do" attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required Skills: EYFS Framework, Play-Based Learning, Child Observation, Creative Lesson Planning, Phonics, First Aid (Preferred).
