Engineering Shift Leader

The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking an Engineering Shift Leader to supervise the engineering team and act as the lead technical responder during their shift, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and safely 24/7.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the engineering team and maintenance staff during the assigned shift.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical emergencies and critical system failures.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel plant rooms and critical equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance logs, shift handovers, and technical reports are accurately completed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior technician role within a hotel environment.
• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven ability to manage emergencies and lead a team under pressure.
