Estimation Engineer

Rabat Foundation is recruiting a meticulous Estimation Engineer to handle all costing and tender preparation for our infrastructure and shoring projects. This role is essential for competitive bidding and requires a professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and construction economics.

Key Estimation Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis:
• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for new infrastructure and shoring projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the full scope of work and potential risks.
• Tender Management:
• Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive tender documents and proposals.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Experience:
• Requires 5-8 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure or shoring works is mandatory.
