BESTWAY FACADE CO. LLC is seeking skilled Factory Fabricators specializing in facade elements. The role involves hands-on cutting, assembling, and manufacturing of custom facade components (aluminum, steel, glass frames) according to technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Cut, shape, and assemble facade components precisely using various factory machinery and tools.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and shop fabrication blueprints.
  • Adhere to quality control standards for all fabricated parts.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workstation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (3+ years) as a Fabricator in the aluminum, steel, or glass industry.
  • Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery and hand tools.
  • Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings.
