Factory Manager

Al Razana Kitchen is hiring an experienced Factory Manager to lead production planning, quality control, cost management, equipment maintenance, and employee supervision of the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the performance of the staff and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
• Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, industrial management, or related field is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have strong management and leadership skills, effective communication skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
