Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized FM Co-Ordinator to be the central point of communication and administration for all Facilities Management service requests and projects. This role involves scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, technical teams, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests and work orders.
- Allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) effectively to various sites.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance logs and service history.
- Act as the primary administrative link between the FM team and clients.
