Food Runner

JUN'S is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Food Runners to serve as the critical connection between the kitchen and the dining floor in Downtown Dubai. This role requires speed, precision, and a strong understanding of the menu to ensure that every dish is delivered to the correct guest promptly and presented perfectly.

Core Responsibilities and Service Standards

• Ensure the rapid, accurate, and safe delivery of food orders from the kitchen pass directly to the guests' tables.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu items and ingredients to answer basic guest questions and describe dishes accurately.
• Assist the service staff by resetting tables, clearing empty plates and glassware, and ensuring service stations are fully stocked.
• Maintain constant communication with the kitchen expediter and servers to anticipate demands and manage service flow.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, ensuring dishes are free of drips and correctly garnished before leaving the kitchen.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a Food Runner, Busser, or F&B Attendant in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional physical stamina, speed, and efficiency.
• Ability to memorize table numbers, dish names, and seat positions accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
