JoyAir, the HVAC manufacturing division of Rons Group, is seeking a strategic General Manager to lead the organization through its next phase of growth and expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end leadership of business operations across manufacturing and projects.
- Translate corporate strategy into executable plans and performance targets (KPIs).
- Oversee HVAC manufacturing operations including AHU, FCU, and Fans.
- Assume full responsibility for operational performance and P&L delivery.
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of progressive professional experience.
- Background in HVAC, MEP, Engineering, or Manufacturing-led organizations.
- Proven ability to take full ownership at an enterprise level.
