Guest Room Technician

The Guest Room Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work within guest rooms and suites. This role requires specialized skills in addressing minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues promptly and discreetly to ensure guest comfort and prevent operational downtime in a luxury setting.

• Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance in guest rooms.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to guest calls regarding maintenance issues (e.g., faulty lighting, leaky taps).
• Carry out minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain high standards of professional presentation and discretion while working in guest areas.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Technical expertise in multiple trades (e.g., minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
