Western Hotel Medinat Zayed is hiring a Guest Service Agent (GSA) to manage all Front Office operations. The role requires professionals who can handle check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries effectively, serving both Arabic and non-Arabic speaking clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest registration, process payments, and manage room allocations accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve minor service issues promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be in the UAE only can apply.
- Experience as a Guest Service Agent or Hotel Receptionist is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are highly valued.
