Head Waiter

The Head Waiter is responsible for delivering superior table service to guests, managing a section effectively, and acting as a senior point of contact for patrons. This role requires in-depth menu and beverage knowledge and the ability to mentor and coordinate junior waiting staff.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Waiter, Server, or Head Waiter, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual setting.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling complex orders and special requests.
• Knowledge of standard service protocols (e.g., sequence of service).
• Candidates with fluency in Italian will be preferred.
