Job Responsibilities

• Manage a Kindergarten classroom environment that is safe, nurturing, and conducive to learning.
• Plan and execute daily activities that support early childhood development goals.
• Monitor social, emotional, and academic progress of young learners.
• Facilitate parent-teacher meetings to discuss child development and school readiness.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate American Curriculum standards into early years play-based learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in an American Curriculum school environment.
• Deep understanding of early childhood development milestones.
• Ability to work effectively with young children and their families.
