Chic Nonna seeks an exceptionally poised and professional Hostess to manage the restaurant's front desk and guest flow. Your primary role is to provide a gracious welcome and manage the reservation system efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, adhering to the restaurant's standards of etiquette.
• Manage the reservation system (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms), handle phone inquiries, and confirm bookings.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing them to their server.
• Monitor the dining room, ensuring smooth flow of seating and minimizing wait times.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance at the reception area.
• Liaise closely with the Head Waiter/Waitress and kitchen staff regarding seating availability.
