Core Duties

• Cleaning and Sanitation:

• Maintain the highest sanitary standards in all guest and staff restroom facilities.
• Maintenance Support:
• Assist with the general maintenance and cleanliness of back-of-house areas, including staff rooms and storage.
• Manage the disposal of waste and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and stored safely.
• Presentation:
• Ensure the overall presentation of the restaurant environment is appealing and welcoming to guests at all times.
