Key Responsibilities
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all Safety and Hygiene Compliance procedures, especially in high-traffic and play areas.
- Cleaning Excellence: Execute detailed cleaning schedules, including public areas, restrooms, and play equipment, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain professional and polite Customer Interaction, assisting guests with minor requests when needed.
- Resource Management: Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Discipline: Demonstrate excellent Time Management & Attention to Detail in completing tasks efficiently.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a professional Housekeeping or facilities role (preferably within a customer-facing environment).
- Thorough understanding of hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of physical stamina and reliability.
