Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all Safety and Hygiene Compliance procedures, especially in high-traffic and play areas.
  • Cleaning Excellence: Execute detailed cleaning schedules, including public areas, restrooms, and play equipment, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Guest Interaction: Maintain professional and polite Customer Interaction, assisting guests with minor requests when needed.
  • Resource Management: Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Discipline: Demonstrate excellent Time Management & Attention to Detail in completing tasks efficiently.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in a professional Housekeeping or facilities role (preferably within a customer-facing environment).
  • Thorough understanding of hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of physical stamina and reliability.
