HR & Admin Officer

GINCO Contracting Co. L.L.C. is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Officer to take a lead role in managing critical Human Resources and administrative functions within the Construction/Contracting industry. The successful candidate will be based in Sharjah and responsible for ensuring all people-related operations are executed efficiently and adhere strictly to UAE regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations & compliance across the company, ensuring all procedures meet regulatory standards.
• Manage recruitment, payroll, and performance systems efficiently and accurately.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management.
• Manage general administrative functions for the office and site staff.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory.
• Minimum experience (5+ years) in a senior HR or HR management role is expected.
• Experience in the Construction / Contracting Industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
