HR Executive

Bartawi is hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage key functions within the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate must have mandatory UAE experience and strong practical knowledge of both the recruitment process and general HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative function and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management documentation, and internal communication.
• Ensure all HR activities adhere to UAE Labour Law requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in Recruitment life cycle and HR operations is required.
• UAE experience is Mandatory.
• Salary offered is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
