Job Description
Dutch Foundations is hiring an HSE Officer to implement and monitor safety procedures on heavy civil and foundation project sites. The role ensures the health and safety of all personnel and site compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, particularly those related to heavy machinery and deep excavations.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training for site staff.
Requirements:
- Experience as an HSE Officer in the construction or heavy civil industry is required.
- Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH or equivalent) is required.
