IT Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer position requires a highly skilled individual to provide technical support and ensure the seamless operation of IT systems and enterprise software. Key duties include installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, associated hardware, email, and SQL database servers.

The role involves building, configuring, and managing back-end solutions, administering ERP software, and troubleshooting network issues (LAN/WAN). Responsibilities extend to maintaining robust system security, including firewalls, antivirus, and data backup, along with monitoring patch management and system updates.

The engineer will also provide end-user support, manage vendor coordination for procurement and maintenance, and implement IT policies and procedures for operational efficiency. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
