Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Manage and support access control systems and audiovisual (AV) equipment.
- Offer remote support to staff and assist with video conferencing setups.
- Maintain and troubleshoot UniFi devices and related IT hardware.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in an IT support role.
- Strong practical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with access control systems and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with UniFi devices, AV equipment, and video conferencing is a plus.
