Assistant Bell Captain

Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Bell Captain to support bell desk operations and uphold five-star guest service standards. This supervisory role is ideal for hospitality professionals with leadership skills and hands-on experience in guest services.

The Assistant Bell Captain plays a key role in managing daily bell desk activities, guiding bell staff, and ensuring that guest arrivals, departures, and luggage handling services are delivered smoothly, safely, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising bell desk operations, including luggage handling and guest assistance.
• Coordinate daily task assignments and support scheduling of bell staff.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and group movements.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of entrance and lobby areas.
• Support training and performance monitoring of bell desk team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar bell desk or guest services supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling luggage and prolonged standing.
• Well-presented with a professional and guest-oriented attitude.
