Assistant Executive Housekeeper

A prestigious five-star luxury desert resort in Al Ain, UAE is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join its senior housekeeping leadership team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong operational knowledge of luxury hotel or resort housekeeping standards and a passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and service excellence.

As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in supporting daily housekeeping operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet five-star quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing day-to-day housekeeping operations across the resort.
• Supervise housekeeping teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with resort brand standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, task assignments, and workload distribution.
• Support training, coaching, and performance monitoring of housekeeping staff.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery related to housekeeping in a professional manner.
• Monitor inventory, linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment usage.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort housekeeping role is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, procedures, and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, five-star hospitality environment.
• Candidates on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa are preferred.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail and service excellence.
