Rumailah Café is hiring a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages

• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality

• Operate coffee machines and beverage equipment safely

• Maintain cleanliness of the barista station at all times

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards

• Support the team during peak service periods

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a barista or beverage specialist

• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

• Good communication skills in English

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure
